Event Sponsorship Package
$2,500 per year

Sponsor selects one event to be one of two event sponsors. The sponsor participates in event planning sessions with the MIT Forum Board members and can be represented on the panel when appropriate.

Event Sponsor receives:

For the Featured Event:

• Sponsor name on all email invitations to a mailing list of over 3,000 professionals at least 2 times for each event.
• Sponsor name and logo Included in program guide
• May set up a display table to distribute literature
• Will be recognized in the announcements as part of the program introduction
• 3 free client admission invitations for sponsored event

For ALL Events:

• 2 free staff admission for all MIT Enterprise Forum events
• Listed as a MIT Enterprise Forum Event Sponsor
• In the program handout for each event.
• On the website sponsor page.
• On all event invitations.

Sustaining Sponsorship
(limited to one per category)
$10,000 per year

All of the benefits above for all 10 events +

  • On all invitations
  • In each events program guide.
• Ex-Officio seat on the board
• Recognition of your sponsorship from the podium at every event
• The opportunity to pass out literature at an event
• 2 free staff admission for all MIT Enterprise Forum events
• 3 free client admission invitations for each event
• A list of attendees and contact information for each of the Forums.
• Link to your website from MIT Forum website.

Web site Sponsorship
$5,000 per year

This is an Exclusive sponsorship, only one Web site sponsor.

• Sponsor's name and logo on each page of our Web site.
• Sponsor's name and logo in each program guide, which
• is handed out at each event.
• Free staff admission for 2 people to each event.
• A list of attendees and contact information for each of the Forums.
• Link to your website from MIT Forum website.
