The board of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Pittsburgh has recently been confirming our
value to the entrepreneurs in our community, and we went right to the source. We asked several
successful entrepreneurs to tell share their feelings about the Forum. This is typical of the
responses we received:
"The MIT Enterprise Forum provides entrepreneurs with that critical 'first audience' for new
ventures - a group dedicated to the networking, review, and constructive criticism that is
sorely needed to vet and mature a new business idea" - R. Coulter, Hyperactive Technologies
We are proud of this reputation. The MIT Enterprise Forum is a Pittsburgh-based non-profit with
ties to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, but we are open to anyone who is interested
in entreprenuring. Our sole purpose is to educate emerging and high-growth company entrepreneurs
about issues important to their survival and success.
Our monthly e-mail reaches more than 3,000 people. Each event is publicized in listings on our web site, shown on many of the Pittsburgh business calendars and by a series of e-mails sent to those on our database.
Our program is supported by sponsors who want to demonstrate their support of the entrepreneurial
community in a very meaningful and visible way.
There are several sponsorship levels. You can be an "Event Sponsor" for $2,500 or a "Sustaining Sponsor" for $10,000. If there is a special sponsorship idea that you would like to discuss, we are always willing to work to customize a package that brings benefits to our audience.
Won't you please help us to continue to foster the growth of new companies in our region.
You can reach me at (412) 624-4474 or by e-mail at dbates@pitt.edu. I look forward
to working with you.
