Mr. Westerhoff has specialized in intellectual property law for thirty five years, including fourteen years as manager and owner of a small IP law firm. His work involves assisting and counseling entrepreneurs in obtaining, managing, licensing and enforcing intellectual property rights, including early software and methods of doing business patents. He is a founding director and past chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Pittsburgh.
