Norm is interested in using information architecture to make complex systems clear. An expert at communicating visual information in graphic and spatial environments, Norm has extensive experience designing wayfinding systems, interpretive exhibits, and documents. He strives to combine text, images, and technology to make complex or large amounts of information both compelling and clear. His work has included projects for the University of Pittsburgh and GlaxoSmithKline.
