Craig Waller is the founder and CEO of Patintelligent™, a Pittsburgh-based Intellectual Asset consulting company providing corporate legal and business consulting services for identifying, developing, leveraging and monetizing Intellectual Assets. Patintelligent™ thus partners with companies to enmesh IP into the corporate fabric of organizations while addressing strategic IP needs offensively and defensively.

After graduating cum laude with his BS in Mechanical Engineering, Craig Waller went on to work as a Product Engineer in the automotive industry before choosing to study law at The John Marshall Law School. While serving on numerous committees and working part-time for an Intellectual Property boutique in downtown Chicago, he was able to graduate with his JD along with an IP Certificate for Outstanding Academic Achievement in the Field of IP Law.

After years of practicing as an IP attorney at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (now K&L Gates) and The Webb Law Firm (an IP boutique) working with clientele from Start-up to the Fortune 100, Mr. Waller founded Patintelligent™ to close the gap between business-centric legal consulting and traditional legal procurement, licensing and enforcement. Mr. Waller’s diverse experiences in R&D and IT, along with a host of developing and established technologies consumed as a registered patent attorney, allow him to partner with corporations in multiple industries to provide needed strategic Intellectual Asset Management.

Mr. Waller is admitted to practice as an attorney in the State of Pennsylvania and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has spoken nationally and has work published surrounding IP and entrepreneurial related topics.
