Mr. Poli manages the PCA (Property Condition Assessment) practice for CEC. In this capacity, he assists property owners and developers in all aspects of due diligence, site selection, and project feasibility. Mr. Poli was involved in the start-up of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum in the mid-1980's.
